Policies & Procedures:

  1. No Refunds – Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  2. Revisions – You may request up to 3 changes after delivery for review. Additional changes will incur an extra fee.

  3. Customization vs. Personalization –

    • Basic customization is included (e.g., your name on a shirt, cap, or sign).

    • Personalization, such as adding your logo, showing books you’ve authored, or branded product placement, is not included and is available only through our Custom Elite Service.

  4. Delivery Timeline – Standard delivery is within 3 business days after we receive all required images and brand details.

    • Delivery may be delayed if images submitted are blurry, unclear, or do not meet requirements.

    • Voice recordings for video orders can be sent after your Digital Twin draft is delivered. This will add 2 additional business days to your delivery time.

  5. Image Requirements – Submit 5 clear, high-quality photos showing full face and body from various angles (front and side). Images must feature only you and you must own the rights to them.

Order Process:

  • Fill Out Form & Upload Images – Complete the order form and provide your required images.

  • Receive Draft Images – Within 3 business days, check your email from contactus@bossbrandmarketing.com for 10 draft images to review.

  • Select your favorite 5.

  • Check your spam/junk folder BEFORE contacting us directly via email if no email received after 72 business hours.

  • Voice Recording (If Purchasing Video Add-On) – After you select your final 5 images, we will request your voice recording to complete the video.​

  • Format – MP3 only.

  • Length – Maximum 40 seconds.  Anything longer will be declined and may delay your project.  As we will put your video together using video shots of your images, we usually need to hold 20 seconds to be able to space out your intro.

  • Example 40-Second Script (YOU MUST TIME AND ENSURE DOES NOT GO OVER) –

    “Hi, I’m [Your Name], [Your Role/Business Name]. Welcome! I help [who you help] achieve [what you help them achieve]. I’m so glad you’re here ... let’s get started!”

  • Submission Timing – Submit your voice recording only after final image selection.

  • Video Turnaround – Your talking AI Twin video will be ready within 48 hours after voice submission.
