1:1 Brand Strategy Call Policy All 1:1 brand strategy calls are scheduled in advance. Once booked, your session is reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your call with at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per session. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the session without refund. Refunds: Due to the nature of strategic consulting, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the session is booked. By booking, you agree to come prepared and ready to elevate your brand with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
